Permitted use

MySoilPlan is for personal, residential lawn care planning. You may use it to generate lawn fertilizing plans for lawns you own or maintain.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the service for commercial resale of plans without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI prompts or outputs at scale
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Submit false or misleading soil test data with intent to manipulate outputs
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse.
