Data we collect

We collect your email address, password (hashed), country, lawn details, soil test values, and generated plans. We collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security purposes.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the MySoilPlan service. We generate plans, store your history, and send transactional emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

AI processing

Soil test data and lawn details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your lawn fertilizing plan. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data.

Emails

We send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, generated plans, data exports) via Postmark. We do not send marketing email.

Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account settings.
